Happy New Year everyone! Doing a 30 in 30 is a great way to start the New Year! Again, no theme this time. I have too many things I want to try to narrow it down to a theme.

Last Fall my husband and I had the chance to visit Pitlik's Sand Lake Resort. It's a resort in Northern Wisconsin that his family had vacationed at from the 30's to the 70's. It was great to see that the resort is thriving. We enjoyed a buffalo burger in the dinner area then walked around the grounds for a good look. My husband recounted many stories from his childhood as he pointed out where the "old" cabin used to be. While enjoying the view from the dock this duck approached us. It was if he was welcoming Mark back to Pitlik's after all these years.
